Extra mattresses and pillow are not provided. If there are children exceeding the normal capacity (as specified for each room), extra mattresses need to be brought along.

Check-In/Out Rules
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 11:00 to 11.30 AM
Payment and Charges
- Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay, including room charges, security deposit and other additional services if found necessary.
- All confirmed payment are non-refundable.
- Security deposit of RM50.00 will be charged for every room and refundable.
- Security deposit will be refund within 24 hours after check-out.
- Security deposit will be refund to registered guest bank account provided during the check-out.
- Security deposit will not be refund if management of Mirnaz roomstay found damage or lost of the property and anything provided in the accommodation.
Reservation Modification and Cancellation
- All paid booking and reservation cannot be cancel.
- All paid booking and reservation is non-refundable.
- Any modification or change date of reservation must be notify to management Mirnaz Roomstay before 72 hours of check-in date.
Room Occupancy
- Cottage Pelangi : 2 adults & 1 children
Kayu Tradisional : 2 adults & 1 children
Kabin Deluxe : 3 adults & 1 children - Additional charges may apply for extra guests staying in the room.
Only 2 unit of Kabin Deluxe available for connecting room. The room base on availability and there will be no guaranty or surety for this request. Guest need to call our management to check on this availability after reservation have been made.
- Security deposit will not be refund if found guest breach the room occupancy limit.
Extra Bed / Pillow
- Mirnaz roomstay will not provide any extra beds or pillows.
Smoking
- All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Pets
- No pet allowed.
BBQ Pit
- Only booked guest can use the facily base on reservation details.
- Guest will be charge accordingly if found damaged on the utilities provided.
- Max capacity for BBQ pit area are 20 persons.
- Please request from the management if non guest will be attending any event held in the BBQ pit area.
- Management have the right to terminate the reservation if found violate the rules stated on using the BBQ pit.
Facility Usage
- Guests must follow all posted rules and regulations for using Mirnaz roomstay facilities.
- Noise levels must be kept to a minimum to ensure the comfort of all guests.
Swimming Pool
- Usage time from 7.30AM to 10.00PM everyday.
- Only proper swimming attire, nylon cloth and jersey cloth are allowed to wear for using the swimming pool.
Liability
- Mirnaz roomstay is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
- Guests vehicles must be park at designated area.
- Guests vehicles can enter the facility compound for drop off purpose only.
- Guests vehicles parked are at their own risk.
Indemnity
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Mirnaz roomstay harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of their stay.
Termination of Stay
- Mirnaz roomstay reserves the right to terminate a guest’s stay without refund if their behavior is deemed disruptive, violates the terms and conditions, or poses a threat to the safety of others.
